Stator: Both ends of the stator are equipped with ball-bearing axle wheels,resulting in low friction,temperature,and noise.
Fine Fittings: The fine fittings make the top cover and bottom cover tightly combined,thus making the rotor run stably.
Gearbox: 5GU gears are vacuum plasma nitrided for high strength and its shaft keyway is equipped with fixed key pins for we-ar-re-sistance and stability.The gearbox has built-in solid lub-ricant for smoother rotation.
Speed Range:
1.The lower the governor's speed, the slower the speed, the smaller the force.The normal reasonable speed range is 50%~100%.
2.The larger the speed ratio,the slower the speed,the greater the force;the smaller the speed ratio,the faster the speed,the smaller the force.(Example: Both are 20 revolutions,but the 20 revolutions directly from the reducer are 2-3 times smaller than selecting a 40 revolution and then adjusting to 20 revolutions.)

2.Please do not plug and unplug the power cord with the power on. Please do not knock on the machine.
3.The speed reduction motor is composed of a motor and a speed reduction gear. Different speed ratios can achieve different speed regulation ranges, and they have different strengths.
4.The speed of the output shaft is different under different reduction ratios. When the gearbox decelerates, the higher the reduction ratio, the higher the force. The slower the speed regulated by the governor, the lower the torque.
5.The motor can run for a long time within the safe speed regulation range.The safe speed regulation range for small loads is 50% of full speed-full speed. The safe speed regulation range for large loads is 70% of full speed-full speed.
