VCC AF20 Aluminum Foil Tape is made from 2-mm thick, high-tensile aluminum foil with a removable paper liner. This powerful tin foil and tape combination outperforms standard tapes for the most demanding jobs. Because this tape's acrylic adhesive coating uses the venture tape formula, it can be applied at low temperatures and adheres at a wider temperature range than other tapes.
If you're planning on attending Burning Man, you should know that you can use JVCC AF20 aluminum foil tape to cover over and seal the seams of your Hexayurt shelter. It can withstand high winds, temperature swings, sandstorms and physical abuse. The tin foil flexibility comes in handy on curved or irregular surfaces.

JVCC AF20 Aluminum Foil Tape is an all weather aluminum foil tape for general purpose use. It is a dead soft high tensile 2 mil thick aluminum foil coated with an aggressive acrylic adhesive system on a removable paper liner. Its malleable foil conforms well to irregular and curved surfaces; and will perform well at both low and elevated temperatures. It can also be applied at low temperatures. JVCC AF20 Foil Tape is used for vapor barrier protection, waterproof sealing, heat reflection & dissipation, masking in paint stripping and electroplating, and sealing plastic automation plateware for use in biotechnology research. The wider width 3 and 4 inch is also used to cover over and seal seams in Hexayurt shelters.

NOTES: Sizes shipped will typically be the tape industry standard metric-cut sizes, i.e. 24mm for each 1 inch of nominal tape width ordered (rolls are approximately 5% narrower than the nominal size). This product's actual size is 72mm x 46m. As with any adhesive tape product it is always the user's responsibility to determine that the product is suitable for their intended use; e.g. if you want to remove a product cleanly from a specific type of substrate please test on an inconspicuous area first.
