Feels like a Cotton spandex material regular legging. It's sturdy not too thin or see thru, not too thick-go with your regular size. I'm between a medium and large, purchased a medium. It's a little form fitting with a medium. I def could've gotten my usual large. For reference, I'm top heavy, 131, 5'2 and 28 waist.

Good looking, inexpensive, comfortable, long enough for me (Height 5'7"), true to fit, I bought size S (Weight 110, waist 27", hips 36"). easy care (I washed them warm and tossed them into dryer on hot---no problem), apparently good quality since they did not shrink. Versatile: I can wear them for exercise, lounging at home, and going shopping. Great buy. Wish they would have made them in gray with white stripes .
