  • RefectoCil Oxidant cream 3% Oxidant cream is characterized by its easy to mix texture. It ensures brilliant colour results and is a must for RefectoCil Blonde Brow. Sufficient for about 150 applications.
  • How to use: Step 1: Prepare the colouring paste. Mix 2cm of the dye with 10 drops of the RefectoCil Oxidant liquid or 15 to 20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant cream (oxidants are not included in the kit). Step 2: Use protective pads or RefectoCil papers and then apply the colour to dry and clean brows and lashes without makeup using a cotton bud. Step 3: Depending on the desired intensity, leave on for 5 to 10 minutes and then wipe off with a damp cotton pad. Keep your eyes closed until the product is completely removed.
