Instructions
To open child-resistant cap: Squeeze sides where symbols indicate and twist counterclockwise one quarter turn. Cap does not come off. To close, turn clockwise until tightly closed. To clean and remove tough stains: Flush toilet. Lower bottle so cap is below the rim Apply 6 oz. of product under and around rim to coat the inside of the bowl. Scrub the entire bowl with a stiff brush and allow to sit for 5 min. Do not allow pets or children to access the toilet during this time. Flush toilet.

Works wonders on hard water stains
We have very hard water and despite the whole house water softener, we still manage to get hard water stains. This product seems to mitigate the calcium buildup. I allow it to soak in the bowl for 30 minutes and follow up with the Clorox Scrubber Wand. A quick flush and voila - clean bowl. Walmart has improved its shipping and packaging and my recent order of two bottles arrived along with several other products without leak or spill. Great price point relative to my local retailer, too.

Easy to use
I have tried multiple cleaners on my toilet bowl and sink. I've had no success removing the hot water stains. I finally found your product and amazingly within 10 minutes and following the directions carefully I had a sparkling toilet bowl thank you. I just wish it was easier to open with my arthritic hands.
