The material is very soft, so need to worry about piling and not too thick but can be worn all seasons. I ordered a size large and it fits true to size on my son who is 6'1" with broad shoulders but a 32 inch waist. This shirt is not fitted and has a nice give in the fabric without being too baggy (so will fit nicely if you have a little belly). The color is great, I ordered 2 one in pink and the other in black. The color contrast with the white is sharp. I would recommend.
