OK

I've been using a delux sample size of this product and while at first I like how this made me feel like my skin was glowing, I don't like how the product feels like it sits on my face rather than absorbs. Will use the sample but would not purchase.

Very Rich.

Appearance wise this looks like a gel but it has quite a 'stretchy' texture, it feels very rich and oily and has a slightly chemical fragrance. I found that this left my skin looking and feeling far too shiny to use during the day, my make up would have disappeared in an instant on top of this, so I used it at night. Even at night I found this felt uncomfortably heavy and although it did leave my skin looking a little plumper it didn't totally absorb overnight and I needed to cleanse thoroughly the following morning. My skin is combination so perhaps this is better suited to people with very dry skin but I must confess I was expecting this to be better than it was especially considering the high price

Paint on jar melts, smells, and gets into cream. Wasted :(

As far as the product goes, I like it and have purchased several times - however they've made a terrible manufacturing decision in that they buy clear jars and paint them purple. The paint starts to come off where the lid meets the jar and gets greasy from the cream: makes a toxic, terrible smell. I also imagine that the paint seepage into the cream could not be good for skin as I imagine it's quite toxic :( When this first happened to me, I thought it must be my fault, maybe I did something that caused the paint to melt. I threw it away. After buying 3x full size 'pots,' plus getting several more free samples of this cream and another jar-product of theirs, I realized it's a pervasive issue. Is this happening to anyone else?? For the price, it's really messed up. I've wasted a lot of money and been fooled a few times because I do really like the cream. They should use sticker labels or buy purple glass jars if they care about the color so much. Here are some photos of this happening with a sample jar I got recently, was hoping they had fixed this since I stopped purchasing. Sadly not.
