Great, easy way to add a little zing to most any kind of cooking. It does Not have an overpowering distinctness or Asian style taste only. It can be used to add a bit of Garlic and heat to many things without changing the main flavor of the food. I have used it to add some needed zip to Italian sauces, as a spread for grilling steak, on sandwiches, even with Cajun style dishes. Not super hot or garlicky so you can easily blend it into what you are cooking during or even after in small doses to get it just right. It is a sort of paste/spread and does have a red sauce type consistency.

Chili Garlic Sauce outstanding / unique spicy taste. Great product tastes good on everything, i.e. eggs, sandwiches.
