Q1: How do I know if these LED bulbs are suitable for my vehicle?
Please refer to your vehicle's owner's manual or the original halogen bulb, the part number is marked above.
In the Customer Questions and Answers section, please provide the year, make, and model of your vehicle so we can help you verify it. We invite you to contact us for a free consultation before purchasing a product.
Q2: My item hasn't arrived, why is it taking so long?
A2: Sometimes shipments take longer than expected, especially if they're being sent to a remote or rural area. Check with your post office to see if your shipment is being held. If after a few days it still hasn't arrived, let us know so we can check and help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Q3: My bulbs don't fit, help!
A3: A special bulb holder may be required. Please check if the original bulb holder can be removed. If not, please let us know. The bulb size may be incorrect; please carefully compare the item you received with the one you ordered. Do you have a replacement housing? It may not fit perfectly with the replacement bulbs and may require manual modification.
Q4: Neither side lights up? Both sides flicker or operate erratically.
A4: Check the light fuses, then check the ballast sockets to ensure proper installation.
If that doesn't work, there could be a voltage problem in the vehicle. You probably just need a relay or capacitor. Although some bulbs have built-in resistors, they may require a decoder.
Q5: Why am I getting flickering messages, errors, or radio interference after installing the bulb?
A5: Some car system is sensitive to LED bulbs, so you need a decoder/resistor to help you solve the problem.
