Great side contouring

There are other shape wear bottoms that help shape your mid section and even have the 4 side bones to keep them from rolling down. Adding the buckles for extra support helps alot to keep them from sliding down. I'm 5' 7" and 134lbs. Size small. These bottoms don't help much with the baby fat in front, but they are amazing for side contouring. Definitely keeps the muffin top tucked in while restoring that hour glass shape that got me knocked up to begin with.
