I have a condition called Crohn's and can suffer discomfort and pain in my rearend region. I first learned of this product when I was in the hospital and had asked the nurse for some hemorrhoid cream. She told me she had something better and brought me this. I haven't turned back since and that was almost 20 years ago! This is the BEST medication! Just a small word of caution. This medication has some menthol type med in there so it has a wonderful "cooling" effect however, it is a cream and can "travel" if you put too much on!
