It's a great notebook! I haven't experienced any bleedthrough on the pages with markers or anything. The paper is very thick. I'm not entirely sure about the cover. The design isn't an embossing, it's actually cut out of the leather, leaving a bumpy surface. It is cute, but the cover is a bit weird. Overall the quality is really good for the price, and it's totally worth the buy!

Good for mental wellness

I'm rather happy with this dotted journal, and I feel like I can use this regularly. The pattern on the cover is recessed, which is unexpected but still welcome. I got this is in the light blue because the amber yellow doesn't have the same matte look. The sticker pouch does not house stickers well, but otherwise this is a perfect journal!
