This product is super strong so you might start with half a cup instead of a full one. This product works really well and last for a long time. It gives you lots of energy with in like 15 minutes I could feel it. It's has 400mg of caffeine so keep that in mind when you use it. I felt very aggressive when I was working out. 🏋️ 💪🏻😁
