I was moving and needed this item when delivered it was dropped off at the door, very very very heavy, had to have help getting inside it was raining. Second problem my new apt was up stairs, I had to call the people to put it together sent one person out in Flip Flops and she could not touch it until it was where I wanted it. Had to get someone to get up stairs big problem. I got it up stairs they sent someone else out he was very nice, brought his son who only had a half day of school and said he was getting such as small amount for doing this job. I will never order any thing again that has too be dropped off and put together When they dropped it off in the rain, I should have just called and sent it back. No great deal will ever get me to do that again!!!!!!!!!! Dorothy LeBlanc
