The product was damaged and the company has not responded to my email about the issue and I even sent them pictures. It's useable but you can see the damage on the product. I shouldn't have to pay full price for something that was damaged when I received it!! I won't buy anything else from that company again!!

poor quality and no customer sevice

It arrived broken and I have heard nothing from the sellers via the "contact sellers" option on the Walmart app. this bed was $250 and $80 for shipping. The poor quality is very disappointing and is compounded by being completely ghosted by the seller. Based on seller feedback this is a common issue. I tried calling the Chinese number checking to ensure that the time zone made the call time fair (between 9 and 10 am)but it just rang and disconnected after a while with no voicemail option. Please do not spend money on this or other Afuhokles products. I will be trying to reach out to Walmart directly to review this seller's practices. Check the posted date as I will edit this if I ever hear back from the seller.
