Problematic/Unreliable Components

These faucets were intalled at our facility a while back. Nothing but problems. Mechanical and electrical components breakdown constantly. Tough installation requiring special tools. Replacement parts extremely difficult to install, and don't work half the time. We are removing all these faucets from our facility and replacing with different brand. Have similar problem with American Standard sensor toilets. We are replacing those with different brand as well.
