Honestly, I use this as a post drink after a lift workout because I take fury as a pre lift workout, this as a post lift workout with creatine HMB prepares me for a 5–10-hour water fast walking phase that promotes me to cut fat after a strong total body lift, which is what I prefer, with water being the added fuel source. This with creatine HMB after a semi time of not having food let's say from a long lifting workout, does send me to the bathroom to clear me all out so my water fast walking stage can go without worry, till I get home to eat my dinner, not saying everyone should do this, but this is what I do and what I prefer for better health.
