This is an Exterior Wall And Roof Leak Repair Waterproof Coating, a 300ml water-based polyurethane waterproof material. It features efficient leak prevention. It can be used on various surfaces such as flat roofs, sloped roofs, external wall cracks, foundations, sheds, basements, metal, wood, concrete, gutters, skylights, windows, RVs, DIY projects, external walls, pipelines, and more. However, it's not suitable for continuous soaking or use below the waterline. The water-based polyurethane waterproof sealants/coatings offer excellent waterproofing, are long-lasting, and can resist both low temperatures and heat. When applied, they form a protective film, helping to save money and energy. Each 1000g/32 of the polyurethane sealant covers about 14 ft (1.3 m) and should be applied in 3 - 5 thin coats. It easily adheres to surfaces, repairing holes, cracks, etc., and seals any cracked areas, creating a protective waterproof layer. Note that prolonged rainy and humid conditions with cooler temperatures can extend the curing time for the waterproof adhesive. For best results, select dry weather and maintain a dry environment before and after application. The operating temperature should be 10˚C/50˚F or higher (including overnight).
