Horrible Customer Service. Extended and extended shipping time. From the beginning placed order on November 28th my refrigerator was delivered on December 15th with an original delivery date of December 5th. CEVA shipping carrier tracking number was completely useless. Most the time it was unknown in transit. It finally arrived and was in working order except for damage to the box and inner bins and drawers. I messaged customer service they pretty much tell me to look locally into replacement parts. I was responsible to replace the damaged parts. This is my first and last purchase with Vevor. They are new in refrigerator manufacturing I was debating LG it was cheaper and I'm sure the customer service would have been honorable. This company is a joke. They suggest I return a whole refrigerator for a full replacement. I am keeping it with damage bins but I've learned my lesson. I'm writing this review so that you don't have to. Take your money elsewhere you are gambling on the product arriving in working order and undamaged. The refrigerator itself is beautiful other than broken bins. Customer service is the worst. Stick to larger appliance manufacturers and avoid this company. They will not help you in the event something goes wrong.
