Don't buy
This is only suitable for very small bicycles because it's quite short. Also, judging by the material, it doesn't seem very secure—you could probably cut it with a small pair of pliers. If your bike is only worth $10, it might be fine. But if your bike costs hundreds or even thousands of dollars, this won't keep it safe.
