This is an absolute must have for me and I hope it's never discontinued. I have an autoimmune disease and since I started using it, I no longer catch every illness going around. I love that it also has d3 and k2 combined for an extra immunity boost and since the d3 is already in oil, I don't have to take it with food. It does have a very strong taste but that is BSO for ya lol.

I was literally feeling depressed because the season had changed it had gotten colder for about a month. I got to feeling like I was dissociating a lot and through a Hail Mary at the fact that maybe I was low in vitamin d. I was scared to take this product cuz I'm allergic to a lot of things but I took it and had no problems. within a week I slowly started to feel like myself again and I took it for about a month and a half and ran out and didn't get any more I slowly have started feeling the way I did before I started taking it so I'm reordering it again. this medicine saved me and it's clear now. I definitely recommend if you are not able to get around sun taking this product.
