This Chosen Foods 100% Pure Organic Avocado Oil is my go to oil for cooking as it can handle higher temperatures. For a no cholesterol topping on our popcorn we have also replaced the butter by spraying with this Chosen Foods brand organic avocado oil then sprinkle with salt and/or toppings of choice e.g., nutritional yeast, herbs... Delicious!

This brand Acocado oil was recommended to me by 2 trustworthy friends whose opinion I can always rely on. I used to order a different brand Avocado oil upon extensive research which I really love, but I thought I give this one „by Chosen“ a try and it will do. I can buy it locally, it is more quantity wise as well as cheaper.

Love cooking with healthy fats, and this is one of them- plus it's organic. Very, very light taste so can be using in some baking recipes. We use it mixed with olive oil, balsamic, fresh garlic cloves, s/p and parmesan for a dipping oil for crusty bread! So, so good and it's organic! Great for your brain, hair and skin!
