Customer service
I had ordered 4 panels 6 months ago & did not have the packing slip anymore. I needed 2 more panels and called customer service . They found my original order & processed my order for the 2 extra panels. Had my curtains within a week. My overall experience was excellent. Everytime I deal with Hayneedle I had excellent customer service.
