DELAYS WITH NO PLAUSIBLE EXPLANATION. NO TRACKING PROVIDED, ONLY INFO SAID ITEM NOT RECEIVED BY SHIPPER. ACCORDING TO WALMART.COM ITEM DELIVERED YESTERDAY, BUT NO TEXT ALERT UNTIL 10:20AM TODAY. ON TRAC IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST DELIVERY, CONSISTENTLY, EVERY SINGLE TIME. THEY LEFT THE VERY HEAVY PACKAGE OUTSIDE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF HOUSE.
