Wouldn't buy again

We purchased 2 of these for our grandkids, one arrived in horrible condition, clearly either a previous return or shipped defective from the manufacturer. The rear axle was badly warped which could not have occurred during shipment. For this reason I would never purchase anything again from this seller. The other one we received was in good condition but since one was shipped used with a warped axle, I can't recommend this product, at least not from this seller.

Very disappointed

We purchased 2 of these for our grandson and granddaughter. One was obviously new and in excellent condition but the other was definitely a previous return that has been shipped back out. I know this because the battery arrived fully charged and the directions clearly state to charge it 6 to 8 hours before 1st use which we had to do for the first one but this one was clearly returned because the rear axle is warped badly. Like someone overweight had sit on it for an hour. Now I've got to go through the trouble of disassembling the handle bars and repacking it in the box to return it. Very very disappointed that the manufacturer or Walmart- whoever is responsible that shipped out a previously returned product in horrible condition and worst of all disappointing our granddaughter on Christmas Day.
