You have to Work with it
If you spend the time folding out all the leaves, it really looks great! The base isn't that exciting but you can just set it in a better one. The plant itself really looks just like the picture.

Love it!
I very pleased with this faux plant. Mine does have some defects, but only noticeable if you're up close and pointed out. It looked exactly like the product picture & took me about 30 minutes to spread all the leaves out. I bought it to fill this awkward gap in the corner of our living room between our two couches (one is not in it's normal place in front of window). I plan on putting it in a bigger pot to match my decor.

Perfect and as described
I was looking for something realistic, a bit tall and something not too wide. I had thought I wanted a palm but they were all too wide for the empty spot in my kitchen/breakfast room. I couldn't be more pleased. You really need to scrutinize carefully before realizing it's artificial. It looks exactly like the picture, color and all.
