Never Last.

This steam mop is doing okay. I hope hold up as well as the one I just replaced. I do not like the fact it doesn't have the features of using any kind detergent other than putting some kind on the floor then and then running the mop the floor spreading the cleaner. There wasn't anything wrong with the mop I have had aprox. 12 years. I couldn't find the solution that was using with that mop,which used the solution in a bottle that would be inserted into the mop. I contacted the Shark company asking where I could purchase that cleaner. But I was informed that bottle with the solution was not manufactured any longer. That Shark steam mop was much more better than this new one. Side by side the 12year old mop was more substantial. Made a lot better the new flimsy one. The new one will never last 12 years before it goes in the trash.
