Very unsatisfied customer

The picture is very deceiving to the actual product. The couch is extremely low to the ground making it difficult to get up and down. Plus cushions were supposed to be “extra comfy and fluffy,” they are not at all and the couch is hard as a rock. Furthermore, I would very much like to return this product but have not received any response from the company about how to return the product because it has already been assembled. Save your money because you will be very unsatisfied with this product.
