the phone was a wreck

I thought buying a refurbished the phone with save me money but really all I did was give me a headache it was damaged when it came in it had glitches sometimes it would not turn on for days other times it would only stay on for 20 minutes I returned it almost a week ago and still had no do not have my money back I couldn't even factory data reset it before I returned it because I couldn't get it to power on the stop glitching long enough for me to do it
