I got blamed for their mistake.

I ordered these for my new job, and ordered a size 8. I received a size 6, and was told by the seller that is what I ordered and why a 6 was delivered instead of an 8. When I looked back on my side of what I had ordered (it showed an 8), I sent a screen shot of it and asked them to explain why it shows I ordered it correctly. After that they never got back to me. I’m so fed up with this and was so hopeful that this could’ve gotten resolved but nope.
