comfortable and clear
I work as security dispatch and the headsets they provide are so uncomfortable. This one, however, fits nicely and doesn't fall when I lean back. The sound quality for calls is good, I can hear the other line just fine, but music is not great (but that's okay since that's not what this is built for). I enjoy that if I am listening to music when not on the phone, it will cut out when I get a call. My supervisor called me to test the audio quality on the receiver end and she said it sounded really good, so we might get more for the office! I've been at work 4 hours now and it's still at 90% charge.

I've been wanting me one of these!!! Since I drive a school bus, I need something dependable with great sound. Got it charged, called my sister and she could hear me really well and I could hear her. Now, I'll test it on the bus Monday, but for now, it's doing what it said it would. Comes with a great manual with pics and written instructions. Fast charging USB cord included. Great toy! I didn't have it on my ear long, but it has a faux leather ear pad which is very soft and comfortable so far.
