Best buy for malted milk. Not filled with sugar or flavorings. I use it to spruce up my boring dry cereal, It adds a few calories, mostly due to the dried milk product, and apparently, that's where the small amount of sugar comes from. Could easily make your own flavored milk shakes where you control the amount of sugar and ice cream included. I note that chocolate flavored malt powders available are cheaper than this one, but they include a lot more sugar than I care for or need. This is a one is a reaper.

I've tried to make milkshakes at home, but they never turn out quite like they do at a restaurant. I was excited to hear about this malted milk powder. In addition to being a great way to make milkshakes at home, it's also fun to add it to baked goods and even pancakes. I like experimenting with the different ways to use this.
