Vibrating heating pad is great

The directions say it can be washed but to unplug the pad from the cord attachmentp when cleaning is needed. However, not I am unable to detach the two parts because it is slick plastic with no gripper assist on it. I asked my son to try and he couldn't either. I can only conclude that washing it is not an option afterall. That said, it feels wonderful and I won't be returning it unless it breaks before the warranty is up.
