Puffer outside with a fleece inner. Both stylish and warm, with a fleece lined hood as well! At this price point, I bought a couple, great deal in grey, black, or Navy. Not overly warm, but very comfortable in most weather alone; drop in a decent under-layer and it warms up significantly. Pockets hold well and, short of a major steady downpour, it will also keep you pretty dry. Seriously, buy a couple and keep one in the car as a spare!

Nice and puffed on the outside but with a really cozy fleece layer inside (body core) and hood areas. Sleeves loose the fleece layer, which helps with mobility and overheating, and yes overheating could be an issue in weather over 40F. Like the snaps on the pockets, helps to hold items inside without messing with the usual zippers. For nicely and to size, some space for layering beneath in same-size or you can push a size up if you need more or thicker layers beneath, personally I do not, it is plenty warm as is. Nicely made but, as with all light nylon fabrics, best to keep it from flame or high heat. All in all, it is an excellent bargain and I picked up a couple. At this price you could pair one with fleece jammies and it would be almost a sleeping bag.
