I liked these drops for my child to help vit d levels in the winter time. My child didn't like the taste of them alone, so I mixed it with yogurt or applesauce and there were no issues. I do believe it would be difficult to mix with water or juice as it is oily and doesn't mix well in liquid. I'd buy this again!
