Very heavy duty. Solid as a rock. Problem is less than zero back low back support. The low back doesn't even touch the chair. Must be the angle of the back of the chair, I don't know. I'll make it work because it is so solid and just buy a bolster pillow for it. Just wish I didn't have a need to.
