We decided to make a turkey for the first time and was overwhelmed by all the different ways to make a turkey. we got this box kit to make it easier. followed the instructions, and it turned out amazing. even the picky eaters say it's the best turkey they've ever had. very moist in the end, even as leftovers, the turkey is still more moist than some turkey I've had.
