Extremely pleased with the treadmill packaging which ensured there was no damage during shipping. Also very pleased that Harrison used FEDEX versus UPS or USPS which both have historically beaten the heck out of the shipping box. I feel the treadmill is excellent for what I wanted and for the price I paid. I had a few issues at the start, the magnet came out of the key frame but I super-glued it back into place. There was also a warp on the right side of belt but after 10-days of use it appears to have flatten-out. Although the Harrison Warranty Customer Service appears to be based out of the USA, they have done an outstanding job right from the start! The Warranty registering was simple on-line and they have been diligent in their follow. I was also offered 1 of 3 free gifts. I Rate them a 5-star! All in all I am very happy.

What initially attracted me to this purchase was the reviews. It came practically put together, just needed to pull the screen %26 handles up and tighten the screws and that was it. It works exactly as it should, including the Bluetooth speakers. Even the Harison company it came from teached out to let me know it was shipped out and on the way. I found that reassuring. It's definitely worth it and I highly recommend this purchase! **I do have pictures and 1 video, please excuse the pile of toys and my projector screen.
