Athletic Works Girls Core Skort, Sizes 4-18 & Plus

This athletic skort is so cute! It feels very soft, stretchy and cool so it will be perfect for my child to wear in the summer. The pink color is vibrant and fun. It fits true to size, a little loose around the waist so a drawstring would've been a nice addition to help tighten it. It's also a nice length not too short or too long. Hits a little above the knee. The price is a little high especially since kids grow out of things so quickly or they get stained or ripped after one wear. A skirt or shorts for kids shouldn't be the same price as ones made for adults. There are some adult shorts from Athletic Works that cost $8.98 but Walmart has been increasing prices on almost everything so I'm not surprised. Store brands are meant to be an inexpensive affordable alternative to name brands. Every time I look at things it seems they've increased in price it's getting a little ridiculous.
