First of all must say this is the cheapest deep fryer I have ever brought. You have to take off that protective covering on the lip, had to remove the screws to get it off, sliced my finger on the metal and dropped those little screws to the lid on the floor, now can't find 2. I need to get these. Trying to decide whether or not to keep this or senD it back. I am 73 yrs old and it took me forever to pull the wrap off the metal and without getting cut again. What a mess. The cover should be a heavier steel, its a flimsy metal with shape edges inside where the lid fits in and you can't take off the shrink wrap without removing the whole window part. Not happy. I PUT them in a container and of course trying to hold the window and frame on the top it, knocked it off the counter. So now lost 2 I need them I just hope this cheap flimsy item will work. I am getting rid of a nicer one because I wanted 3 baskets. Didnt realize how tiny they are. LETS SEE IF THIS IS WORTH THE MONEY I PAID . ITS REALLY CHEAPLY MADE AND THE BASKETS ARE SO TINY. FIGURED OK FOR 1 TO 2 PEOPLE. ACTUALLY ONE SERVING DEPENDING ON WHAT YOU MAKE.
