 How to Operate

Problems and Solutions

1. After powering on, the instrument does not light up when the power on button is pressed.

Solution: Check the plug connection.

2. Unable to heat or not heated to set temperature

Solution: 1. Check that the air plug at the end of the cup mat is making good contact. 2. Replace the cup mat.

3. The pattern is missing and the color is very light

Solution: Adjust temperature or extend heating time. Make sure the cup fits snugly into the cup mat.

4. The pattern is blurred and yellowed

Solution: Reduce the time and temperature, you can adjust the time and temperature by using discarded cups and then heat press them.

4. Please do not heat without a auto cup, as this may reduce the service life of the product element. Please use glass, ceramic, metal, and other high-temperature-resistant materials for the cup material. Plastic products cannot be hot pressed.

5. Please do not touch the heating element after pressing it during operation. Please do not use the machine continuously for more than 1.5 hours, the machine needs to rest for 10-20 minutes.

6. Please make sure to unplug the machine and allow it to cool down completely before storing it. Please do not use water to clean the heating element and use lubricant(not included) for regular machine connection maintenance.

7. Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3 cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before ordering.
