Cole Haan Grandpro Rally T-toe Sneakers

I have several pair of Cole haan now and these are instant favorites. They fit true to size, are really light weight and are comfy from the time you out them on. These happen to be a bit more casual, so you can wear them with shorts and a t-shirt, but you can also dress them up for business casual. These get an extra bonus by being canvas so they're really breathable. I wear these all day at work and they're still great after I get home.
