Membrane Solutions Disposable Vacuum Filtration units are very useful in large volume samples separation and purification for tissue culture media, biological fluids and fixation buffers.
The unit includes membrane filter, graduated funnel of clear polystyrene with polyethylene neck adapter and polystyrene reservoir bottle with a separate sterile polyethylene cap.

Bottle top vacuum filter is designed to fit plastic or glass media bottles with 45mm neck sizes
Polyethersulfone (PES) membrane has a 0.22m pore size and 17sq cm area; provides the fastest flow rates and highest throughput(could filter 500ml-1L), lowest protein binding and low extractables, and best filtering of cell culture media
Polystyrene filter funnel has a 250mL capacity and a 45mm diameter polyethylene neck adaptor with an angled hose connector that simplifies vacuum line attachment
