A true story about a Jamaican man, who travelled to England, during the Second World War. He

had been recruited into the British Royal Air Force, on the island of Jamaica. I trace his journey

and how it was.

After a while, he left the military and settled in Nottingham. There, he found work as a coal miner

I tell the story of his life, through the decades, until the year 2014, when he passed away.

Life for him wasn't all rosy........

His family were left homeless, when a business venture went awry..........
