These cups are long lasting. I bought 4 of them when my son was 1 and a half and now he is approaching 4 and they are still going, bought new ones only to refresh the colors for him and the outside were getting a bit scratched up. The seals last a long time, they disassemble easily and never warp not even on the dishwasheer. They don't hold odor, they are easy to hand wash, my hand fits in them to scrub cup. They don't leak while lying down but if slammed on the ground, they will- obviously. By far the best learner cup I have found to wash, use and store.

absolutely will buy this every time. my daughter was around 18mo when i first gave it to her. she already knew how to use a straw and was completely off bottles. i just needed something that didnt leak!!!! she didnt understand it at first but eventually she got it but after a couple days she acted like she couldnt do it anymore so i put it away for some time but had to bring it out again around 2-2.5 and she IMMEDIATELY knew what to do. ever since then its been her go to cup. she is 3 in June. i just really prefer this cup over straw cups because it DOES NOT LEAK!!!! the ONLY thing i can speak on about leaking is if you throw it and it lands on the top part. some liquid will come out yes, but nothing compared to regular sippy and straw cups. she recently lost her tye dye one in walmart (of course) so i ordered these. very easy to clean and very, very durable. just remember to take the flappy part off the top, like pop it off and clean in the hole. also, remember to pull the seal part off from the lid above the screw on part. clean under the seal!!!!
