Be kind to your feet- Use the Heel cups!

Like walking on a bouncy ball. These slide in easy and offer a nice spring to the step. They seem durable and everyone should have a pair for any common day wear shoes since we all seemed to have gained a little weight over the past lockins. Once you develop a bout of plantar fascitis its not easy to get back to normal. Ounce of prevention worth losing more than a pound of cure for sure!
