Pre Loaded Curves

Select the Official Profiles in Sandbox Smart Profile Database whatever light, medium, or dark roast profiles to enter the roasting screen, or select the VIP advanced profiles.

Preheat & Put the Green bean

Take out the drum and start to preheat the process.​ Just follow the Sandbox Smart APP instruction step by step and input the green beans when preheat finished.​

Begin Coffee Roasting

All data related to coffee roasting will show on Sandbox Smart APP during roasting, including roasting time, temperature, parameter, RoR curves, and the coffee turning point.​ Do not close the app during the coffee roasting process and the roasting record is automatically stored.

1st/2nd Coffee Beans Crack Sounds

Once you heard 3 consecutive coffee bean cracking sounds which means 1st coffee bean crack. Click the [1st Crack] button on APP, and the device will lead you to count down to the roasting end. The [2nd Crack] button will show up for dark roast.​

Cool Roasted Coffee

Release roasted coffee into Sandbox Smart C1 coffee cooler to prevent the coffee beans from over-roasting, cool them quickly, separate the coffee beans and the chaff, and retain the original flavor of the coffee beans.
