Important Nutrients When Dieting

I like this supplement a great deal. I have been on a diet for years slowly getting my weight down after a year on high dose prednisone. I have been feeling run down and when my bloodwork came back showing that my body thinks it’s starving to death and was hanging onto every calorie it consumed I looked up what I could take to change that. B6 B12 and Folic Acid is what Dr. Google said that I needed. I was very happy to have found this product. I also needed the B12 for my nerve condition so this is perfect. Although I was looking for a gummy I couldn’t pass this up. I don’t have all my teeth anymore and It’s a little hard but holding it in my mouth for a little bit softens it up and I can chew it easier. It tastes like the chewable baby aspirin to me. So not too bad and I am getting used to it the taste doesn’t bother me at all. I am starting to feel better as well but to be absolutely certain it’s working I would need more bloodwork. I plan on staying on this supplement for a long time. I recommend that you consider taking it as well.

Excellent!

My Mom love this Chewable Vitamin B because it taste sweet. The size and softness of the tablet works with my Mom. She doesn't have a hard time chewing it. I noticed that it is good for my Mom's metabolism. I always ordered every time my supply is low. I like the packaging as it is in a dark brown bottle.
