Pillows on your feet.

After 2 cheap pairs of walking shoes, I bought these runners. They are very comfortable around the foot and have a good feel of sponge under foot. I walk and lightly jog. I find the Ghost Max 2 throws you forward from under the ball of the foot. I liken it to the Kangaroo effect of perpetual motion. I am very pleased with them.
