(4 pack) KC Masterpiece Classic Steakhouse Marinade, 16 fl oz Bottle

The problem with some marinades is they will overwhelm the flavor of a good piece of meat. I've tried many marinades,possibly because my favorite cut of beef (besides a good roast) is sirloin.It isn't round steak but the texture (tough or not) can be a challenge. I've been to bar b ques and had really expensive cuts of meat ruined by a smoke flavored rub or sauce--then burned to crisps.OH! what I want to say when someone destroys hundreds of dollars worth of meat!! And, if given the choice I'd eat fried or baked chicken everyday! That's one of the reasons sirloin is so good to me--I can't really ruin it and feel THAT bad! I tried this marinade last week and I plan to try them all. I've always used KC Masterpiece B B que sauce (rotating with Sweet Baby Ray's) and this is the first marinade I've used. It says 30 minutes and that's true but I let it soak for awhile. Then, I left some sauce on the meat,covered the bowl and put it back in the fridge. We use a George Foreman grill and our 'little' piece of meat was just great. We (my husband and I) split a medium to large size sirloin.Not a bold flavor,not a watery tomato or soy either. The flavor is absolutely right--some tang, some spice some fresh or chopped veggie taste. The marinade didn't saturate the grill--another plus--and the meat was tender and enjoyable. Please don't use A LOT if you don't if you don't need it--you won't have too. Get ready for some good grilling--at our son's house--I love this marinade and my George. The GRILL that is. Thanks.

This is one of the best tasting marinades out there. i suggest you try it.
